Where a solar proposal requires planning permission the subsequent application will typically require scale plans and a design and access statement. Validation requirements for planning applications throughout the UK vary dramatically from county to county and in certain instances you may also need supporting documentations including an ecological report, structural engineers report and further justification for the installation of such apparatus.
