Aspire Planning was formed in February 2008 to provide a professional cost effective town planning service to all sectors of the property industry; we continue this service to clients in the renewable energy sector, in either the public or private sector, wishing to benefit from the Feed in Tariff or Renewable Obligations Certificates.

The company's extensive experience of obtaining planning permission for wind and solar developments has prompted the introduction of our desk top pre-application feasibility study, field based site assessment service and comprehensive planning application service.

The studies enable us to provide clients with recommendations on the suitability of your site for a wind turbine and the best turbine (if appropriate) suitable taking into account your budget, site constraints and ability to benefit from the wind; importantly as an independent practice we offer our advice impartially without any sales pitch.

We undertake all work on a fixed fee.

Additional charges may include expenses & OS data.

We offer a price match guarantee – if you have a fee proposal from another provider using approved wind farm software we’ll beat it by 10%.

All fees are subject to VAT.

Payment of fees can be made by cheque, BACS or most major credit or debit cards.
